Can i enable SMS from selected numbers on my Mobile number.

After the introduction of DND list- some peace has come to my mobile- because before this it was endless stream of sale sms from all and sundry.
But now i wish to permit SMS440 to send sms to me. It it possible to select & enable the party which can send sms to me & not the entire lot.
