Can we vouch for new members whom we know personally?

2 of my friends are part of this website, but do not post a lot. There are some default restrictions on there account, as any other news accounts.

I have a sale of RTX3060. Yesterday @sayyid5416 contacted me through @TweaknFreak . He is a new member, just joined yesterday. I was ready to sell to him but I didn't. I know he has to pay to me and he is new but mods banned him and I don't know whether I should go with the sale as @TweaknFreak provided me with his whatsapp number. It's hard to trust.
Can anybody give advice ? Should I sell to him ?

Not officially, but if someone is joining on your referral/ recommendation and if you strongly feel that he is a genuine person and can risk vouching him on your behalf, then you can. But the implications will be on you if at all anything goes wrong.

Thats correct and agree, i liked @kiran6680 suggestion.
I can do required sale/purchase transfers on there behalf to avoid any hassle

Not an issue, it will be my responsibility.
On safer side to avoid anything goes wrong, I will myself trade.. Bear any losses myself to keepup community spirit..
