cannot sign up for PSN

Hi guys,

I bought a PSP 3004 a week back and wanted to sign up to PSN to get games like Final fantasy 8 and other PS 1 classics. However, when i click on sign-up, it shows that site is under maintenance. I was under the impression that PSN had recovered! this has been going on for a week...

Also, whenever i search the store for FF8, it shows no games for this title, however, whenever i search in google, it shows that ff8 has definitely been released.

Could somebody please let me know if i am the only one facing the PSN problem and is this title is available in India?

Thx man, but that didn't work either..i just keep getting that the site is down for maintenance :(

maybe it is a server issue or something...
 
no tinkering done with psp at all man... also i tried to sign in through pc...first through their media go software, then directly through site...same message all over again :( are u guys having the same problem too?

also, i never tried through psp cause i just cant get it connected to wi-fi network at home :ashamed:
