Price MSRP Body only: $3499, €3299, £2999 with 24-105mm: $4299
 
I think that the biggest update in this camera is the AF system. The AF system in 5Dm2 was crap. However, $3500 is a bit steep when compared to the price of the 5dm2 and D800 for that matter. This along with the new 24-70 would cost around $6k.
