Capturing Game Screenshots

Dear Fellow Gamerz,

Can anyone please advice me on how to capture screenshots for a console game from a TV? My TV is a Sony Bravia 32" with facility to freeze the pic at any point. I play on High-Def. on my X360 and will like to capture some eye-popping candy from games like F.E.A.R, Gears of War and Elder Scrolls IV.

You cant take screenshot using the xbox itself.

But there are ways to get the screen capture.

If you have a DVR or a camcorder that has video in for recording purpose then you can capture the footage and transfer it to pc.

Or get yourself a capture card / TV tuner for pc and capture screenshot that way.

Other than this, no other way.
