Recently many names have been changing, especially that of staff members.. For me ( and i suppose for many others too), the members of this forum are represented by their unique user name, just as we are represented in the world by our real names.. Though i agree, the ppl can have any name as they want, but changing the names so frequently, i think confuses the other members too..
Whenever we read a post by a member, we address him/her, post jokes, or call him by his user id only.. Most of them may know each other's real names, but its not the case with all 850+ members..
Dont u ppl think the change in name should be done only if its very much needed..
in Te, when we call out names like renegade, supernova or xterminator, a personality comes into our mind which represents the senior staff members.. do u think its appropriate to make fun of such names by changin them to umm, hmm, and many others...
