One of my friend is looking for a cheap Netbook/upto 14" Laptop with E350 or better config with hdmi port which can play 1080p via hdmi. Budget is around 18k~24k (lower the better).
Ram is no concern as it can upgraded easily , and a 500 GB hdd is preferable over 320.
Also is Intel B940/6200 lot powerful than E350 ? If then please recommend a model with those proccy and any low end gpu from nvidia/amd (for hd playback)for around 24k.
