Laptops cheap standby laptop

hi,
i hav an xps1530 but since i tried to install vista sp1 it has been giving me a lot of problems(keeps hanging),.
so till i hav it fixed(and for future probs) am thinking of buying a 9 inch umpc which has xp installed.
can anyone suggest best one with price?

right now in India? all thats available is the 7" Asus EeePc for 16k :)

from abroad, ur options increase to the newer Asus 9" models as well.

Wait a couple of months and MSI (out of stock almost everywhere :P)/Dell/Acer join the bandwagon :D
