Monitors Cheapest 18.5" monitor for office use?

hi all,want to buy a new lcd monitor to replace 15"crt for office/home use,no gaming/movies only for working documents & net surfing.Plz advice the models & approximate price @ S.P road will be visiting soon.

If you can, then spend 300 or 400 more and get 20inch LED monitor... Dell, Benq,Acer,Lg anyone will do

budget is not a problem but investment should be useful,if its only 300-400 more surely will consider the bigger one.
