Laptops Cheapest gaming laptop

was looking for a friend who wants a laptop for some gaming. unfortunately, almost all of the XPS range is filled with intel onboards and the dooomed 8x00 series .

so what is a gamer away from home and on a budget to do :ashamed:

Is a netbook + PS2 a cheaper option ?
 
what is his budget? 65k can get u very good gaming laptop like the hpdv5t(9600gt dedicated).. if hes on a shoestring budget there are compaq laptops for 35k with amd processors and hd3200 gfx...
 
Try to get one from the US.
I am prolly getting the VAIO 290JQB for ~50k with 4GB ram, 16inch screen with 16:9 aspect ratio and HD 3650 512MB.
 
I bought the ASUS G50VT with 350 GB HDD, Dedicated 9800GT for 1200$ couple of weeks back and it has been able to play almost all the games pretty smooth that I have thrown at it so Far (Dirt, Call Of Duty,Crysis)
