Less than 10K Cheapest Kitkat under 3k

Celkon Campus A35K for Rs 2999 seems to be available at Snapdeal. Price suits me as my budget is 3k for a gift..
But there seems to be no actual reviews of this product. Though there are some, which seem to be just descriptive views. Can some body guide me before i put in the money.
