Cheapest netbook?

Guys which is the cheapest netbook available right now? There would be a preference to the 10" netbooks, but if i said that i had to buy 3 under 40k so then what are the options?

Samsung N128 is the cheapest netbook IIRC. Costs 13.5-14.5k depending on location. Black_Hawk got one a few days ago @ 16.something thousand with an external DVD drive free.

hahaha possibly your net connection is broken. but that site has been having problems recently - he experiences some sort of crash recently... the link (or google cache) should be available soon/later for you... its working for me.
