Market Feedback Cheated by Arun.P on buying COMBO Need Help ASAP !!!

i guyz i bought combo from arun.p from here : http://www.techenclave.com/cpu-mobo-and-ram/amd-940-3-ghz-790-fx-200296.html

he packed not well almost resist from damage :(

he mentioned cpu was 955 and i got 945 oem cpu which has no warrenty :(

i asked him on g talk that r u confirms that it's a 955be not 940 he said yes and i have all log for chatting

i neft 9.2k as he confirmed to pay and i received 945 oem :(

so i want refund 2k now and if he is not willing to pay me then i will give him back combo :@

today i called him from my another cell no he msged me may i no u ? why not reply me :( bro
 
How long it has been ?

afaik his english is not that easy to understand and he is physically challenged in hearing department

So there are greater chances of misunderstands as compared to usual transactions

what did he tell you after you explained all this to him ?

WHY should i refund 2k cause i have provide free fan cooler with combo

i know it was oem that i bought the cpu from another T.e member that he cheat on me without asking me OEM version and i did not know what is that

p.s i am not flaming and Torrance the thread,

that why i message u cause i was out for my personal work and i use my pc 24/7 so what is the point of hurry to reply via g-talk, that your should pm via T.E
 
he cheated you so you cheating next person who fail for your bait.

which cpu cooler you gave him which cost 2000?

cause kishan has sent the bill where it mention 955 x/4 writing on the notice and i got some irrigate and confused if i mention on thread 955 x/4 instead of 945

no that is different from cpu cooler, cause i mention 945 x/4 for 4.5k no warranty afaik, plus board 4.5k total 9k with free fan cooler that it was cost 2.5k i bought it ago
 
arun. if you were cheated by a person it is not correct on your part to cheat another person... you mentioned on your thread that you are selling a 955 and didnt mention that it was 945 OEM so it is your fault entirely. try sorting the issue in a congenial manner.... returning 2000 bucks is a nice way to end the dispute.
 
someone get hold of Kishan - have seen so many cheating threads about him or relating to him
 
^ all right i spoke to jaydip Mori, that i am going to refund 1.4k and it was not my fault that another T.E has cheat on me so i feel very disappointment with T.e member so i did not check the cpu property while purchase from him

so anyway the issue is solve and i hope i am not flaming the threat, so i hope i am not deal with some t.e member anymore in the furture due to cheat cpu as OEM and wrong bill of 955

p.s i don't want to spoil the Reputation to another t.e member so i hope the issue is solve

In the original post, you have mentioned that it is a 955, not a 940, when the product was a 945. How did you even come to that conclusion?

And i can't agree with this that if you are cheated then you will cheat others , this isn't a good nature. I hop it gets sorted out
 
^ yes so enough of attitude is over, that i have talk to both of them and the issue is solve so no point asking me

but leave krishan_razor fault cause i have spoke to him while min ago and he mention the proper good condition so just leave these cause i dont have to spoil his reputation due to avoid confused another buyer for blame me to sell those stuff

mobo is not working so i asked him for full refund and he refused to pay by saying that he gave me 3 day testing warrenty and it's 4.5 day now so what bro i need full refund

i have all chat log thre is no mention in testing warrenty i m not been able to test cause i have no gpu :( today i waste my whole day to test mobo and i had never told him that mobo is working

so i want refund and u have to give me :@
