WTB Chromebook for 10-15k

I am looking for a Chromebook in decent condition with bill. Bill is mandatory. I am looking for something lightweight for everyday tasks. I am not looking for anything more then 2 years old. If you live in Delhi, F2F deal would be prefered.

Don't buy a celeron for daily tasks such as browsing or document editing, please. You'll regret it like a bad diarrhea after some weird street food.

Go for at least a pentium quad core.

Modern Celeron processors are more than capable at web browsing and document editing, especially when paired with Chrome OS.
