I have 3 pcs

Now we r three PC user in my house...

All of us want to play Multiplayer gaming in our pc Like (counter strike,NFS,Fifa etc)

Now plz help me how to connect those 3 pcs in mah house..
also tell me what Hardware needed...everythng ...i dont knw anythng
 
get a router / switch . If you don want he hassle of wires, go for wifi :eek:hyeah:

For wires:
connect all the pcs to the central switch(i assme u r gonna buy this).

in network connectionsfrom control panel, select your create a home or small office network on ur left panel and proceed the wizard with the instructions.

Give unique computer name for all computer

Give a common network workgroup name to all computer

Turn on file and printer sharing

finish the wizard.

U r done.

If you want to share internet connection, go here

Make a DHCP server by visiting the link above. There will be a option to add services in advanced section and enable DCHP.

If you want static ip too your comps, then
goto network connections
select the LAN and get the properties window
select TCP/IP and click on properties button
In the new dialog that appears, give your comp a new IP in the box as 192.168.1.1 1st comp
192.168.1.2 2nd comp
192.168.1.3 3rd comp

the subnet mask would be automatically filled when you press tab.
