I have a Cooler Master HAF 912 back from 2013 but have some issue with front panel ports.
Like the earphone jack is a bit messy, a bit of movement and it stops working.I have to fix it to the point where it works.
Same goes for 2usb ports, they have a bit rusted now and doesn't work 90% of the times.

The rest of the cabinet is so dope and like 9/10 condition.
Any idea where I can get the front panels to replace it?

if youre up for DIY you can get those individual ports and replace them. It might not be pretty but will do the job

Hey the internal board could be like this one . And if you can do a bit of soldering you can get thoes ports replaced from pcb . You can find the replacements in a electronics shop .

I can do DIY, but not good with such electricals. 100% chance of me ruining it.
What @suyashwarke1997 suggested is valid, if you can take out the PCB take it to any local mobile repairer fellow and ask him to resolder joints of USB and headphone mic jacks.

If that fails, get a generic front panel header, ask the mobile guy to replace the ports on your PCB with the generic one
