is compatible with www.corsair.com/en-in/carbide-series-300r-windowed-compact-pc-gaming-case
as the cabby Spec show s Compatible Corsair Liquid Coolers H55, H60, H75, H80i, hence i am confused

Yes....! The radiator is 120mm and the cabinet has a place for 120mm fan/radiator.

amd 8350 + asus 990fx crosshair v formula board currently running coolermaster hyper h620 air cooler.

Worth? It depends on your usage. What you want to achieve from the setup.
If you are into Some Overclocking, Want lower temperatures, Less Noise then it is worth.

Not into overclocking. yes def want lower temps - dont ask me current temps, i dont use that pc son's pc he plays few games on normal to high settings
