Used for a week to 10 days while I wrongly RMAd my main psu. Lying unused since early October 2020.
Smells a lot like factory.

Buddy I don't know where you get the pricing from, but a brand new 600W VS600 costs 3.4k. And there are much better 550W PSU's around 3k. You might not get more than 2.5k for yours.
