CPU & Mobo for OC & gaming

Hello people,

I plan to upgrade my existing CPU and MoBo (Pentium D805 and Intel 945).

I want a good overclocking pair of CPU and MoBo, and main purpose is gaming.I already have a ATi 4770.

Budget: 4.5K for Proccy , 3K for MoBo. (both can be extended by 0.5-1K, but please, I want to save some money =P )

I was eying the Phenom II x2 555 BE. Can you suggest a good mobo for unlocking its cores and overclocking it?
