CPU/Mobo CPU temperature

Do you think following CPU temperature is optimal or should I do something about it:

Please follow this sequence while recording temperature:

> run core temp. Wait for a minute.
> run some demanding games or simply run prime 95 for about 3-4 mins.
> post the screenshot.

Changed the cpu fan and it seems to be better now...

is it idle or load temp ? If idle still it's too high but if load then it's Ok.

these are high, as these are your idle temps, have you properly TIMed your processor

I have properly TIMed the processor.

The CPU fan is running slow till the temp is below 62. When I change the settings in BIOS it runs very fast. There has to be some medium settings...

Load temps are normal but idle temps are a bit high. Cleaning the cabinet and heat-sink may help.

Is it due the xeon processor? I am using this processor:

download a software called Cinebench, Run it's Multi threaded benchmark and keep running Core Temp in the background. Post the core temp screenshot. This is smewhat the best way to know cpu load temp in a short time.
