CM Extreme Series has poor quality. Instead opt for Corsair CX400(3 yrs warranty). This would suffice for ur rig as u have not planned any major upgrades in the future.
If budget permits get a Corsair VX450 as it has even better quality and 5 yrs warranty. Corsair has excellent after sales service too :)

I have recommened u a gaming GPU for ~9k. Not sure how good it is for ur work. Also u can consider the Nvidia GTS450 ~ 8k(should hit the markets in a week or two)
Not sure about proffesional GPU's at this price points. Better wait up for pros to answer ur GPU dilemma.

Isn't It Phenom II X2 555BE !;)

Yep, Its Either :

Phenom II X2 555BE or Athlon II X4 635

(The Phenom 555BE could basically unlock into a quad - similar to the 635)

Budget of 40k, is only for CPU (not needed monitor, keyboard) , then what will be the changes, Shall I go for more powerful processor or GPU. Shall I go for i5????

Err... By CPU u mean Cabinet with all the stuff inside it? (Except monitor, keyboard, speakers)??

Yep , I think he's taking about only the case+h/w inside the case :p = No monitor + stuff outside the case ? That right OP ?

Which means you have an extra 10k to spare = ATi Radeon HD5850 (Preferably : Sapphire/MSi Hawk) but in this case the GPU purchase will be justified only if complimented with a monitor that good enough .

X4 635 + 880GM is a great combo , That'll be more than enough IMO , I'd say get the HD2220

Not sure whether he plays games. Guess he needs a proffesional GPU.

CPU generally go for Cabinet and h/w inside. PC on the other hand will combine everything.... Anyway what will be the revised estimate..... Please provide new system under 40k. Monitor will be of Samsung.

Slightly off topic but I'd like to point out that the CPU refers to the processor. People have the habit of calling the entire case and everything inside it as CPU,which is not correct.

Anyways to decide what GPU you need to buy, you'll need to tell us what Monitor you use,and what is the native resolution.

I know, but still it is much closer to the cabinet, then the whole PC...... :bleh:

(dont take it seriously that was just a joke..... :eek:hyeah::eek:hyeah:)

And regarding The monitor, its samsung 21" inch. Also what is the diff b/t GPU for professional and gamers?????

The difference in professional and gaming GPU is that the professional series like Quadro and FirePro or the older FireGL series are not meant for fast paced rendering of frames, instead they are more focused on how well the surface is rendered ( complex MATHS is not my favorite subject :p ) so they have a down turn in game apps, while the gaming counterparts are better at rapid rendering and not so good at the MATHS bit

Nvidia Quadro - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ~ Nvidia lineup and info on Wiki

ATI Technologies - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ~ ATi info

Gaming cards decent start around 7K mark but a professional GPU starts at 11K and good ones around 25K mark. So in the end you prioritize your needs ad choose

P.S. the new Nvidia GTX 470 and 480 even after being gaming based cards are well optimized for Professional rendering
