    • CPU - Core 2 Quad q8300
    • Motherboard - Intel G31T-M5
    • GPU - AMD HD 6870 1GB
    • RAM - Simmtronics 4GB (2*2GB) 800MHz DDR2
    • Monitor - Acer H203H
    • SMPS - iBall 500 Sprinter
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)

    • GPU : AMD HD 6870
  4. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
    • CPU - AMD 8350 piledriver
    • Motherboard - Either ASRock 970 Extreme 4 or ASUS M5A97 R2
    • RAM - Probably Corsair Vengeance or G.Skill RipJawX 1600MHz (1*8GB)
    • PSU - Corsair VX650.
    • Storage - Seagate Baracudda 7200rpm 1TB + Kingston SSD 64GB Sata 3
    • Case - Pretty much corsair 400r or gamemax 9901(if i find one).

    • I am pretty much sure that it is my SMPS which burned my motherboard, so no local brands.
    • Also, no intel (coz haswell is coming in june and i would like to upgrade my piledriver to steamroller next year)

Suggest me places to buy from and suggestion regarding case or anything else is open.

Your expectations are high but your budget is going in opposite direction. Your decided configurations is exceeding 45k+

CPU - AMD 8350 piledriver Rs 12700
Motherboard - ASUS M5A97 R2 Rs 7200
RAM - 1*8GB Rs 4290
PSU - Corsair VX650 Rs 7150
Storage - Seagate 1TB + Kingston SSD 64GB Rs 4850+ Rs 3100
Case - Corsair 400r Rs 6250

Few suggestions for you,
Go with 2 DIMMs instead of 1, for eg 2x4GB to get better performance,
Use Seasonic S12II 620 Watts Rs 5450 instead of Corsair and
Drop plan for SSD as of now, add it later.

Any specific reason for going with octa core cpu? Your above requirements can also be fulfilled with 4 or 6 core of piledriver CPUs or Trinity. Considering these will bring down the cost of your system.
