Laptops Crazy Dvd Drive

i have a vaio c25g laptop curntly and my dvd rom has gone crazy

whenver i try to burn any dvd..it stops at 53%..i get burn sucessfull msg..and the dvd pops out...this has already happned 7times(yes the agony of having 7 sony dvd's lying to waste is a depressing thought)..
ive tried using nero,roxio also..same error all da time..

is sumthng wrng with my dvd rom..shud i get it chkd or is it some sort of a driver prob??
 
Try using different DVD media , Preferably verbatims or Just try using Moser baer pro DVD R' s available locally. If the problem persists take the laptop to sony.
