Creating shortcut for a set of operations

Hi all,
Is there any way in windows to record a set of steps that I do and we can replicate it with a shortcut key….
For example In IE, I have to do the following steps each time for a purpose
Tools> Internet options>connections>Lan settings>Uncheck the automatically detect settings
Can I record all the operations and give a shortcut ….?

Try Autohotkey.

Simply find the windows postmessage code for the same using Winspector and send it through a script.
