Daemon tools, Alcohol not working.

Tried Daemon tools, as well as Acohol 120%. On installing, windows opens Found new hardware wizard. I tell it to install automatically. But on reboot, I get BSOD.
What could be the problem?

Uhhh heres my config, if required.
Athlon Xp on nf2-400 mobo
2x256 hynix
Xp Pro w/sp2
Zonealarm Pro v6
Windows Updated.
 
I too use Alcohol120% on WinXPSP2 on my dads lappy but it didnt gave me such error.

I too got found new hardware.
But this msg came after i installed alcohol and at the end it told to restart
on restarting the hardware was detected and its working without any probs.

Also used daemon tools without ne probs on Winxp SP2.
 
If u have installed it....then its antiblaxx....smhow it makes the virtual drives unusable...cant understand how it does...
even i am having troubles with daemon..after installing antiblaxx...daemon wont even start...:(
 
First of all, I've never even heard of your "antiblaxx". I havent installed it or anything.
I installed daemon tools, and on restart, got a BSOD.
 
Problem solved. Had to uninstall Blindwrite. I'll try and install BW now and see if it works.
Another solution is to disable mobo audio and gameport.
Edit:
Installed blindwrite. No problems now.
