Data Quote in Router

I have a tp-link wireless router (TL-WR702N), and i am using ACT broadband. The connection is shared with 5 of my friends.

My plan gives me 75GB, and i wish to put a quote so that each of my 5 friends get 15GB each and not more. Please suggest how to do it?

AFAIK, IP QoS limits the bandwidth, and not the data usage. Correct me if i am wrong, i am looking for a solution to limit the data across different IPs

Check the QOS section of your router, it has max bandwidth i downloaded your router manual and saw that

yes, if i configure that, it will limit only the speed

Then option is to get DD-WRT if your router supports it
