Build Quality is pretty decent . We hardly get about 1-2% RMAs for SoundMagic . Incase your product was procured through us or our channel and is in warranty please send it back to us and we will provide you with a replacement .

All Sound Magic products come with 1 year warranty .

For under 700 budget , PL-11 is your best option. Rs. 615 only
