Well ,
Bro Broken Leg ,Broken eye ,Broken Ribs ,His Friend Broken Head From Two To Three Places In ICU Still .7th Day Blood Still In Brain Clotted .Ear Split into Two Parts Stitched by Plastic surgeon With 10 To 15 Odd Stitches .In coma For 12 Hours ,Cannot Recognized His Own Parents ,Me Running From Pillar To Post Trying To Catch The Opposite Party ,chandigarh Police Bribed Heavily So That The Case is Not Formed .But i Am a Brave Hearted Person I will Get them One Day ,this Fellow Morgoth Calling Me everyday And ASking Me The Same thing ,I Noted His Order In My Dairy And Belive Me i Would Be Processing All What i Wrote Not Only Of Him But Also Others .I Am Still Writing And Replying To PM's .But I Am Fedup Of This Attitude Of Few People Thay Want The Other Person To Take it Lying Down COS He is a Dealer .I Am Fedup With this .No I Will Not Take My Decision Back I Will Not Take The Responsibility Of a Dealer In TE ,Cos I Cannot Please everybody .I Do Not Have a Issue With any Admin Or Mod In TE As a Stement They Are The Finest People i Have ever Met In My Life thats It Nothing Less Nothing More .

i saw in some thread u told the same reason like - u got stitches in ur mouth so u cannot send the product properly

So this is called as reasonable sales ???

Op has not gone to sleep... just a little busy. You see, OP too get busy sometimes and OP does understand that other persons can also get busy... especially when you are a hotshot dealer on TE :P

Amarbir, it's wrong to imply that I was in hurry. You were back on work on 29, or so you told me on phone. Today is 6th... DD was received on Oct 29. in the last 8 days, even the status of my order did not change to Payment Received. Till today evening it was Payment Awaited. Every time I called you we went through that same "Order id please" thing... I mean, were you even aware that I was the same person calling you after your each broken assurance?

I told you specifically *you can take as much time as you needed before I get the product* but I wanted a time frame and not some stupid promises that the product will shipped in next 15 minutes or it will be taken care of tonight.

Today I just wanted to know when you are going to ship it... and you flew off the handle. telling me that you are canceling my order and blah blah blah... that was completely unwarranted and even when I tried to salvage the situation, you were like on the top of me. that's how you deal with people mister.

if you can be so prompt in this thread, I am sure you could have been equally responsive when i wrote (at least four times) in PL-11 threads seeking an update on my order. Of course, you never responded even when I could see you were online. If you had responded, I would not even have called you.

EDIT: Just saw what Amarbir posted about his bro. look mate, I know what you could have gone through... I won't tell what or how but believe me I know. With my calls, I never wanted to push you. You yourself acted stupid. As I wrote earlier, you could have told me that you are going to ship the product in one month... and believe me, you would not have heard from me for one month. but what is it with telling people that you will deliver and then failing to keep your promises, not taking phone calls, not reading SMSes or replying to them and ignoring posts in your trade threads?

Ask Him i Was Delivered One Part/Product In Two Months and i Know I Had To Face The Brunt Of My customer ,But i understood that Me And Him Are Not Perfect Might Be He Had a Issue ,this is Exactly What i Said Earlier Too ,I Also Do My Duty As a Vendor Properly ,Just That i Cannot Please everyone Simple .

See This :Lets Assume 100 People Call Me And They Like Me To Work the Way It Suits Them ,I Cannot do It Cos if I Please One Person Other 99 Get Offended .Thats The Reason We Have Policies And Laws .I Have a Few On My site ,Some Do Not Want To Follow It And i then Have a Issue With This ,whats Wrong In This ,why Was The Policy Made in The First Place .

That's where you're wrong. The OP has not wanted to make you work according to his convenience. You just refused to work at all. Taking someone's money & not fulfilling the commitments is not being a good business practitioner. That's rule number 1 in business.

Business thrives on goodwill not money. It's the goodwill that makes customers not money. First saying "Make the payment, your order will be processed immediately & shipped in XYZ time" & later on making excuses (even if they are genuine) for not sticking to your commitment creates a negative goodwill. How is not getting through you? Aren't you supposed to be better at this stuff being a dealer & all?

No wonder you get so many negative feedbacks. Go & get yourself trained in how to do business.

And what Buck, speedyfreak say are true. I don't know why in every post he keeps saying he'll stop being a dealer on TE. You want to go, go. Don't create a drama in a thread where you're clearly required to give justifications over your attitude & behavior. Is his "I will no longer be a dealer in TE" supposed to be a threat to TE forums? Does TE thrive on him being a dealer?

The kind of scene Amarbir is creating is even more sickening than what the OP intended.

And you've all perhaps not noticed 1 thing. Every single reply of Amarbir is screaming to prove the OP's point. Kapish?

You Know Something There is a system Of Finishing Things Properly,Might Be You Do Not Get That into Your Head ,i Am quite sure all The Members Who Deal With Me Understand That And it is My duty To do It That Way ,Why Read The Post If You Are So Offended By Those and I Do Not Care A Rats Ass Like You Do About Me .People Like You Keep Roaming Around My Website Begging For Deals Without Me entertaining them ,So Take And Hike and Hell Yes TE Is TE Period ,If You Can digest It Fine If Not ,Go To Those Forums And Do Some Digging And Ranting There Not Here .Get Lost From Here If You Have Nothing But Nonsense to Spread About a Person ,I Have Many People Like You But i Also Have thousands More That Are Not Like You .:rofl:

You Seriously Need a Mental Checkup Go And Check My Rating Here in TE .I Got His Money I Figured Out That I Cannot Work In His Style ,I started To Work Today After Saturday and i Agreed To Return His Money Promptly ,Though My Refund Policy Is 15 Days Refund Via Cheque To Your Bank in Chandigarh ,Take a Hike Will You . Hell 52 Posts In Te and Rating About Me Here In This Thread Get Lost Before Some Member Looses His Temper On You Here .

People like me are pretty intelligent enough to recognize people like you so people like me don't end up doing deals with people like you under no circumstances.

I'm not ranting, merely stating facts. You don't like it, fine by me. I'm not asking you to go by every word I type. You are free to ignore them if you want. But ignoring it & making them disappear are two different things. No matter how you are, I'll always mention Lynx-India because it's my job as a good adviser to do so. How you treat those people is something beyond my control.

You telling me to get lost from TE? Come on now, since when did you think you were powerful enough, important enough & influential enough to be the judge of where I should spend my time on the internet?

By the way, people like me are pretty good with English when compared to people like you.
 
You guys need to calm down . Ok , he made a mistake .. let's not make a major issue out of it .. rather than arguing over the same thing again and again .. MOVE ON guys . Give him a -Ve feedback and be done with , let the MOD's decide if its fair or not .

No one is perfect , I am not in any way defending Amarbir .. and i actually think OP has a valid point .. but also its quite possible both are correct in their own way ?

As a buyer you would want seller to ship your item as soon as possible which is what OP wants .. and as a sane person Family has to be priority number ONE .

You Death With a Stupid Person ,the Stupid Person Realized That Its Not Good To Deal With a wise Person .He Just Told You That He will Refund Your Money And You Started this .You DD Came On 29th Fine I Was Not There In Office On 29th and 30th and 31st .And From 31st Till Today I Was Not Working ,Well If i Cannot Explain you i Give up Lolz .Man Jeez Get Over It Take Your Money Back ,You Are a Tough customer And I Am a tough Dealer
 
Well, first of all it's not a personal attack on Amarbir but a lament against how he conducts the business. Because the experience the I had in dealing with him is so unique that I decided to put it here as I believe many will benefit from it:
The opening line should have concluded it.

All of you agree that he is an honest dealer yet a bit eccentric at times. As I see it, the money or the product has never got stuck with him. People like his deals and prefer to buy from him. So it all comes down your preference. The buyer has shared his experience for others to decide whether to buy from Amarbir or not. What is this fuss about. Worse it keeps degenerating.
