Hi guys...I know there is another thread for feedback which was started a few days ago, but this is my feedback on him and I hope some more guys chip in.
This is probably the 3rd time that I have bought something from him over the last year. The first time that I ordered something from him, I was a bit worried about his service. But over the last few deals I must say that I am very pleased with his service.
Day before yesterday, I wanted a new cooler urgently, and I spoke to Amarbir at around 5:30 PM. He asked me to put in the order on the site and within 15 minutes he had already changed the status to dispatched...as I had asked him to make sure the stuff leaves immediately. This was without me even paying him.....(BTW I did pay him the same day...before anyone asks)
Anyway I got my stuff today, very neatly packed and delivered to Bangalore in 2 days flat.
I got this kind of service even without being a regular customer of his..I may have bought stuff worth 2k from him till date.
My feedback...I like the way this guy works. He called me specifically, to sort out any queries and to tell me what was available and what was not. He made sure that the material was dispatched the same day, even though I had placed the order around 6 PM and had not yet paid. What more can I ask for?
He is a gem of a person to deal with and has kept his word with me each time that I have ordered something.
