Options start right form Moto G3 @ 10k
10% further off if you order via amazon using citibank cards iirc.

Other options can be Asus Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML), Moto G Turbo, Samsung J5 (2016) which is yet to launch in India I think.

Moto G 3rd Gen for 10K
Moto G Turbo for 11.5K
If budget increase possible, Moto X play for 16-17K
Asus Zenfone 2 is a good choice as well. But Moto has an added advantage of near stock android and better update cycle.
