my router is in a diff room and a bit far from laptop. my mobiles have never had any issue but the dell laptop seems to have lotta issues in catching signals somehow. for the first 10-20 mins it works ok but after that the laptop loses signal and does not see any wifi connections. the power options are all turned on for max performnce. there are no driver updates on dell website as well though it looks like a driver issue as on first 10-15 mins of laptop on it works well. when it stops taking signal and i restart it again works. the model number is D32HH52
