Graphic Cards DELL INSPIRON 620s ,GPU Upgradation help?

need help .can i add a gpu to the dell inspiron 620s model with config

-2nd Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 Processor (3.3GHz, 3MB Cache)

-3gb ram

-win7 home premium
 
depends on what purpose you want to use the gpu for. if its high end gpu for gaming which will need a lot of power, then you will have to upgrade the internal power supply. the standard psu is only 300watts. also you need to make certain that the pcie slot is free for the graphics card and not used by any other device.
 
upto 3k.. but i doubt will it fit or not in that slim chasis ...?

i have another pc "DELL 545s slim tower cabinet"

-specs-

core2duo 2.93ghz

3gb ram

win 7 basic

can i add a gpu to it??within 3k
