Graphic Cards Dell optiplex 360 with ati hd 2400 pro 256mb upgrade

Hi
I have a dell optiplex 360 with ati HD 2400 pro 256mb for which I wanted to upgrade to a decent graphics card.
Main purpose- AutoCAD and Google sketch up software

Current Config-
Intel E7300 Core 2 Duo 2.66 MHz
Intel OT656F motherboard. dell.jpg
2 GB DDR2 ram which now I have made it 3 GB.
Ati HD 2400 pro 256mb

I have removed a snapshot of my config please check it and suggest me.

Problem -
In Google sketch up when I zoom in to work on the drawing it hangs for 5mins and than I have to wait for my work to continue. So this is a serious problem.

Solution According to me.
Upgrade Graphics card with a budget in mind of 4k or more if it really helps me in my work keeping the current config in mind.

Get a GT210 or GT240 or get a 4670 and try soft modding it to a FirePro.
Maybe a GPU upgrade here will help you decide what to do with your other rig.
