Hi All,
Needes help I have a Dell Optiplex 9020, which is giving 2,1 Amber light on Power button and does not start easily. Once It starts then you run it for hours it works fine with no issues, the blinks keep happening. Looked.up the error code online and also tried to find few fix and workaround like resetting CMOS battery , or reset Bios or service code, tried.umplugging all power cables.etc from motherboard but they just.help.to start the system next day problem is back again. Once booted PC works.fine for the entire day,.no lags, freeze or any issues.
I have tried swapping Ram too. As per what I ready the 2,1 indicates possible motherboard failure. But also read there are people.getting the same yellow 2,1 Blinking but.their pcs are running fine from last 4 years inspite.of this error code. If anyone else has had a similar situation or knows.any workaround or fix kindly share and suggest.
