It's available for lower than that on GEB. The lowest I saw was 17k all inclusive (BNIB - Brand New in Box, Unlocked from Dell with USA Warranty). Would have been cheaper with a coupon.

Nope.. it was actually available for sometime even when GEB wasn't offering free shipping. The lowest now seems to be at around 18.6k.

Their prices fluctuate a lot. Give it a few days, I'm sure it'll come down.
