wait a sec. how can u get a 69k lappie for 59k, just today i called to buy a studio 15 and it went around 51k. he said i needed 52k plus bill to get 5% discount that too from the 300 so called companies they have tie up with i need reference from ? what dint i do right... he said no discounts why why why ? ? ?

So how much discount did you get through epp..i mean quote without discount and with discount..:huh:
 
i want to know how the discount fast please need to order. im getting the studio 15 for 49900 + 900 shipping plus charges for topo black color and backlit keys. total he said 52300. now he said only above 52k u get 5% disount that too only if out of the 300 so called companies that dell has tie up with. please advise asap
 
nice congrats but what ur take on the screen blocking vent as i am facing same issue and now looking for refund as it heats a lot due to screen blocking vent

Actually the silver is a very small amount and it is very dull, so even in bright day light it does not annoy.

Without discount I got two quotes: 72.5k and 79k and then after the EPP 55.5k and more of 4.5 for the arrange. Plus there were 2 lappies together.

I can not really comment, I do not have much idea actually. My friend set this up for the both of us. We got a lappy each. Same config.

I have played fallout 3 on the thing for a couple of hours and it was lying on the bed all the time. I had pushed one edge up by keeping on a book. The vent end was on the bed and covered even more than normal. I do not thing it will be an issue, but just to be on the safer side I am getting a laptop cooling pad on Saturday.
