PC Peripherals Dell Ultrasharp 2208WFP color issue

hi,
i have Dell ultra sharp TM 2208WFP with DVI-D and VGA (thankfully). in DVI mode i am not getting red color everything is in east-man color with too much green. However, VGA seems to work fine.


is it repairable? or am i stuck with VGA till it lasts!

Might be a stupid question, did you try using a different DVI cable?

I think the all the Ultrasharp displays qualify for a 5 year Premium Panel guarantee. Check your date of purchase and call their toll free number if the troubleshooting doesn't help.

Did you try the display on another system using a DVI cable? Using a VGA cable?

thanks! yup i did check using another cable too...i used dvi to HDMI cable also. same results.
