Review units so these aren't exactly damages :p

Yeah.. thats the cool part. I love my part time job i guess.

Regarding the 28... crappy screen. Not even the resolution... the panel is crap. What i mean is that a panel of a QVGA screen in the E5 is way better than on this. Its powered by the pokey 600Mhz proc which when on Froyo... really won't be very forgiving.

Couldn't get much of hand on time with the 35. Its not hitting the market soon as it is... so. The screen is LCD and seemed to be a poor one at that << could be a proto issue >> , responsive enough though and is capacitive multitouch enabled on the 35.

Dell counts having an FM radio as one of the key features of these devices XD

hey dhru any idea when the huawei ideos x6 will launch... spice mi410... if we have to buy a rebranded chinese manufactured phone (Dell xcd35 = ZTE) and (Spice Mi410 = Huawei) then why not go with the one that gives better bang for the buck :)

^^ I would still go for the Dell because they seem to be bringing a very interesting after sales strategy.

They will not be repairing phones... if there is a problem , the technician comes to ur place. If flashing doesn't work, you get a new phone right there and then. That i say would be the difference between Dell and Huawei :)

^ Haha. Basically adopting the PC approach. That's interesting. Do they also provide some kinda add-on comprehensive accidental damage warranty? Suits phones more than laptops :D :p

Will check on that. They were keen to emphasize that if you have a problem in Ladakh , they will fly a person from their office in Punjab to check it up and replace if necessary. On-site warranty. Impressive stuff tbh

^Aren't these basically rebadged ZTE phones? If so, Orange on PAYG in the uK has the XCD28 equivalent model for like 99 pounds, which means they're ripping us off here.. as usual...
