Ermm.. ATI 4570 - 512 MB Graphics is kind of a downer in the whole deal..

You're getting 5 Series graphics with lappy of half dat config.

With a 70k + i7 720QM proccy you'd expect atleast 1 Gig graphics to do justice to it.

Also your HDD is a 5400 rpm which gonna bottleneck the overall performance of the system. When buying dell always get the 7200 rpm performance HDDs.

But since its a gift.. so enjoy mate..

Windows rating would be low because of the HDD.What hell were they thinking cutting costs by a couple of hundred bucks by putting a 5400rpm HDD on 70k rig :S

Nonetheless the overall config is great.Congrats :clap:

my acer 5542g has the same gpu 4570 and it costs half of urs (33k)hyeah:
IF i had 70 k to blow on a laptop i wud get the alienware mx15 for 1 lakh.

Reduce your Pagefile to a minimum if possible .. you got loads of RAM but a slow HDD .. so the paging would slow down your OS performance.

I strongly suggest you get the complete cover of 3 years when this default warranty ends.

Dells are useless without the complete cover.
