CPU/Mobo Dent on IHS of my Ryzen 5 3600

This happened back in March when I mistakenly dropped it while putting it in mobo . Got a dent on the IHS as result. The dent was very small and didn't affect anything, temps were great on a third party cooler.
Now when I got a new cpu, I took out the 3600 and found another dent on it lol. So total of 2 dents on 2 corners. Old dent on right corner and new found dent on bottom left corner.

My question is, will these small dents void the warranty of the chip, since it has more than 2 years warranty left on it based on billing date.
I'll be selling off 3600 since I got myself a 5600x and need to know whether to sell it as in warranty or out of warranty product. Thanks.

warranty is definitely void on physical damage.

The right dent is fine and common but left lower ones seems major. You can try rubbing it with a sandpaper to smoothen it and make it appear bit better like worn off due to HSF etc.
