I get a skinless appearance evertime I try running the De-saturate screen. I have attached a screenshot.



Anyone else having a similar issue?

I think this happens due to low bandwidth.
It happens for me too. when I have download going on and have many browser opened and I try to open new web-site, new site opens this way.
 
^^ Dont think that was the issue as the elements theme was forking fine. In any case issue is resolved now, will inform the admins to have a look though..

+1. I've seen it so many times.

Yep. Low bandwidth issues it is.
 
this is not related to desaturate theme, but elements theme.

after clearing firefox history (everything), closing the browser and logging into TE in new session i can see the Celebrating TE 4th anniversary theme. tried this three four times.

if i change from elements to elements - sidebar and back to elements the celebrating 4th anniversary theme does not come back :S

is this by design or not?
