Graphic Cards Desktop Scaling in ATI Radeon HD 5770

I recently installed Windows 8 Consumer Preview(64 bit) in my PC & installed the latest Catalyst Suite. I've connected my Graphics Card to the monitor through a HDMI Cable. The Desktop Scaling is not 100% , when connected through HDMI. Whereas, when I Connect through a VGA Cable, the desktop is scaled to 100%. There's a option in the Catalyst Control Center to scale the Desktop to 100%. But the latest Catalyst Control Centre is not working in the Windows Consumer Preview (64 bit). Is there any work around to scale the desktop to 100% without using the catalyst control center?
My PC Config : Intel Core i5 3570k | ATI Radeon HD 5770 | Dell ST2220L Monitor | Windows 8 Consumer Preview (64 bit) OS - Installed with all the latest updates.

Have you installed the Catalyst Driver marked for the Windows 8 [Consumer Preview] OR not. To download this driver set head here.

If I remember correctly this was an issue with Catalyst Driver v.11.3 that cause scaling issues over HDMI cables.

P.S. -- By the way congratulations on the new RIG, may it serve you well in the coming days. Can I ask you why you bought the HD 5770 and a Ivy-Bridge set-up. The GPU is rather weak for such an excellent processor.
