BTW I saw Sony HX5.. Whats the price of it? I may extend my budget if its worth..

HX5V would be the next best if you want to avoid the Panasonics. However, it's not officially available in India, and you have to get it through grey market only. It will set you back by at least 17k. Get it from the US through a friend if you can.

Its only available in grey market . In ebay.in price is 19k.
