Will I be able to claim warranty on a 12600k bought from BestBuy, USA , in India? Or will i have to send it back to the US to claim warranty?
What is the process to claim warranty on intel cpus in india?
 
Nope. Intel's global warranty is not applicable in Australian, China, and India. CPUs in general have very less chances of needing warranty IMHO.
