DNS Issues

Hey Techies,
I have Tata Indicom connection for net. While i was checking a few DNS responses i was surprised to find that while the ip was correctly being reported buy somehow the DIG output was refused to me. Here is the output. Anyone has any idea ??

Hey 20 views and no one knows the ans ?? maybe everyones Hardware oriented. But i will post the ans as soon as i come to know.
