Do you P2P?

knoughtyd what exactly threat r u saying about.i;d like to know if u can tell me about them cuz u seems aware :O i dont kno any of em
 
^^ well, it IS crazy because though we have a P2P section, and 90% of p2p is of illegal data, we cannot discuss what we do via p2p.... in this P2P section!
 
Yes i really do think y we have a P2P Section coz almost everything available is illegal and having such a section on a site like Techenclave is not proper
 
lolz...not everything is illegal....u can share personal pics, videos, files etc also...
P2p dosent mean tht u use it only for pirated stuff..

A very well eg is Napster which is a P2p and is used for Legal music dloads now..:cool2:

and man, hv u heard of anti virus software? My comp is connected 24x7 to the net and is downloading (erm) stuff from the Internet and never have I ever been infected by viruses.

Just because I use a little brain before clicking on executables and suspicious files + I hv a up-to-date Antivirus scanning in the BG......
 
i transfer over 2 gigs a day (up+down), my comp is online 24/7.
P2P includes Bittorrent and emule. The rest i also download a lot from direct http links from, underground sites :ohyeah: :ohyeah:

same with me also....get anti-virus...i m using mcafee virusscan enterprise.working perfectly.....

Dunno wat u mean by that,but i have d/l tons of movies ,s/w and music through BS..thus very satisfied and due to my speed i cannot afford TORRENTS.
 
Well, I have tried Limewire, Bittorrent, Emule, Morpheus and Ares and so far i find Ares the best. Amazing dl speeds n to the point searching ( Unlike Limewire :@)
 
Virus or no but i dont P2P because i dont know what to download... First i am on Linux... So most software i dont need to pay :D... Second not a movie/music buff... so easier.. Also most linux distros are freely available so not to worry about leeching a copy...Also dont game too much... one game CD from friend lasts me 6 months... :rofl:
And last point again i dont know what to download in whats left after all this..
