Laptops does readyboost help in laptop

hi,
i've got an xps1530 with vista premium and 2gb ram.
will readyboost make any significant improvement in my laptop's performance.i'd like to use a micro card instead of usb drive(cos usb drive sticks out)
anyone know what type of memory card would be best for readyboost and if i should get 2 or 4gb card.

i think thats supported only for flash drives

+ 2Gb is pretty decent so njoi with wat u have............................

if so, will it bump benchmarking scores too???

^^you have 2gb ram so it wont really make a difference...its generally better for comps with low RAM

No, it can be used through High speed memory cards (The normally available ones) too.
