Doubt regarding Norton Ghost 2003

I need to clone my 320 Gb hard disk to another 320 Gb drive. Do i need to partition it to clone. Or is there any option to do it automatically?

No u do not have to partition it to clone.You can clone it directly using norton ghost.Paritions will be created automatically.
