Drones?

Hello, a few quick questions for you guys. A colleague was visiting from India, and really liked playing
with a small drone I have. He's got a big birthday coming up, so I was thinking of getting him one. It's the
ONAGOfly, a new drone being funded on IndieGoGo:

First question: What are the rules for flying something like this in India (his office in Bangalore, and he
lives near there). Could he fly it outside? Or would it be strictly an inside thing?

Second question: Has anyone here bought something through IndieGoGo to have delivered in India?
Any hurdles I should know about?
