Our yearly plan has exhausted , maybe it was all channel pack , i don`t know whether it included HD channels in it or not , my set top box is a SD one .Its Hathway through local cable guy
Personally this was handled by tv guy and my father ,i want to know my accaount number so i can handle our services via online.
On the digital chip card i think its a 12 digit VC number ,
How can i login and take control of things
And last but not the least what are the channels to go for ,Ala carte or those super saver packs etc .Would like to understand the concept of Free channels
And the biggest question any streaming alternatives ?
And in few months would be upgrading to 4k ,what would be your recommendations
